Our Mission

Splash Antiseptic Wet Wipes was founded by Sri Lankan entrepreneur Joshua Newman, who has over 30 years of experience in the non-woven and garment industry. With expertise in mechanical and cosmetic engineering, he pioneered innovations in wet wipes manufacturing while working in Hong Kong and Singapore.
A feasibility study conducted between 2000-2003 confirmed the high demand for antiseptic wet wipes in Europe, leading to a successful launch. Encouraged by this success, Mr. Newman introduced Splash Wet Wipes to the Sri Lankan market in 2005, collaborating with Dr. Alexandria, a European doctor responsible for the product’s formulation.
The brand was initially launched through Texturized Textile Technology Company (TTTC), a company dedicated to manufacturing antiseptic wet wipes. Mr. Newman also secured HS codes to regulate quality standards and obtained the mandatory CDDA certification from Sri Lanka’s Health Ministry.
Today, Splash Ceylon Wet Wipes is a leading brand in Sri Lanka, offering a diverse range of antiseptic wet wipes specifically formulated to withstand tropical climates, ensuring long-lasting quality and consumer trust.
